friendly staff good variety soft bed sheets online photos thick dust dated decor
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a really good variety. the room was clean, and the bed sheets were amazingly soft. i also appreciated being close to the dlr station, very convenient.
the room did not match the online photos. the decor was very dated and tired. i feel that the furniture was clunky.

convenient location breakfast variety friendly staff outdated décor musty odor poor soundproofing
The location was convenient. It was close to transport links! though it was a little noisy at night. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and I found something I liked each morning. The staff were generally friendly and helpful. They promptly addressed any questions I had.
The room décor felt somewhat outdated. The carpet had some visible wear and tear! The bathroom had a slight musty odor, even after airing it out.

soundproof room daily tea well-kept hotel
the room had tea and coffee replenished each day the room was also soundproofed. buses and the metro were located close to the hotel. the hotel was well kept and cleaned.
the gym could benefit from additional equipment

uncomfortable bed limited cleaning
The bed wasn't comfortable at all. I was also told they only clean rooms every other day. While I could get new towels daily, they wouldn't touch the bed itself. I did not think paying extra over budget hotels nearby was worth it to be honest.

The location suited my needs. It was great for seeing Abba Voyage. Friendly reception staff were really helpful. Breakfast was really good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The room felt a little small.
